Keuler ConTrade was founded in 2014 and initially dealt with consulting services, especially in purchasing, both its internal organization and support of the direct purchasing process. In addition, various sales agencies, mostly for Indian companies, are taken over in the European market, which serve customer acquisition and marketing and are limited in time.
As an additional business area, Keuler ConTrade has been offering a recruitment service since 2023. The background to this is the current tense situation on the European labour market, especially in Germany, where skilled workers are in considerable demand. Initially, these personnel will be recruited exclusively from India. Through a cooperation with an Indian company, the selection and examination of applicants is already carried out in India, which means additional security for the employer in Europe. Once the selection has been made, the first contact will be made via video conference.
