Requirements

Basic requirements for the integration of employees from India

The new employee is a total stranger in our country, therefore some assistance is necessary to integrate him as quickly and easiest possible. The basic requirements, among others, are:

1) together with the conclusion of the employment contract, the employer guarantees a suitable and payable housing for at least 3 months from the starting date of the contract. The costs for the accommodation shall be covered by the employee, if nothing else has been agreed in the contract.

2) For at least 3 months from the starting date of the employment, the employer will name a person in charge who will take care of all serious problems which may arise.
